Harvard Undergraduate
Women in Medicine
Empowering women in medicine by building a community rooted in equity, representation, and mentorship
Our Mission
Harvard Undergraduate Women in Medicine is an empowering community dedicated to diversity, representation, and inclusion. We connect students with meaningful opportunities, resources, and support to critically engage with healthcare. Harvard WiM was founded in 2020, modeled after other Harvard Undergraduate organizations like Women in Computer Science and Women in Business. Currently, we have 350+ active members, a 1,500+ following, and an established network with the greater Harvard community, and we are continuing to grow rapidly.
